Philosophy

As with anything in life fitness is balance. A balanced approach that includes all aspects of health and fitness needs to be considered when designing a fitness plan. I like to focus on functional movement and the whole body when designing a workout. This type of training mimics everyday movements that involve multiple joints at the same time and it's easy to see the benefits in day to day activities. Health isn't just about physical fitness for me. I believe that through fitness people can gain self-confidence and happiness that carry over to life outside the gym.
